Abstract:The Han Dynasty was the main period when the Confucian family relationship concept changed. From the relatively equal dual-to-family relationship concept at the beginning of Han, the heroine gradually turned to a single-to-family relationship dream. The main human relationship in the family is father-son relationship (this article refers to the relationship between parents and descendants), husband-wife relationship. In the feudal society we are familiar with, it follows the gift of father-respecting son-respecting husband-respecting wife-respecting family relationships to form family relationships. However, the Confucian concept of family and human relations of “father for the son” and “husband for the wife” was not a matter of time overnight, but was gradually formed during a certain historical development process. Han Dynasty was a critical period when the Confucian concept of family and human relations changed. Under the influence of many reasons, the Hanchu career realized the concept of family and human relations between fathers and sons and filial sons and gentle husbands in the pre-Qin Confucianism. By the late Han Dynasty, Confucianism’s concept of family and human relations gradually changed to a single-minded patriarchy and parental system, and male chiefs had absolute authority in the family. This article takes the transformation of the concept of husband-and-wife relationship between the two Confucian Confucianism as the perspective of career and marriage to assess the reality of the relationship between the two Confucianism from the perspective of career and marriage, and uses this as a line to explore the reasons for the transformation of the concept of family international relations between the two Confucianism.

At the same time, the economic position of women in the Han Dynasty was relatively high, providing a stable family and economic foundation for the relatively equal concept of husband-and-wife relationships in the early Han Dynasty for the continuous extension of the pre-Qin Confucianism. Again, Han Under the genital tax, women are the main source of tax collection in the country, and at the same time they also undertake the country’s corvee service. In the spring of the third year of Emperor Hanhui, he conscripted “the men and women within 600 miles of Chang’an, and the city was 140,000,000 people within 600 miles of Chang’an, and the city was 30 days of Chang’an”[1]89. In the fifth year of Emperor Hanhui, “the men within 600 miles of Chang’an were reborn.” 145,000 women have a city of peace, and they are thirty-five days”[1]90. It can be seen that women also inherit the country’s corvee service, and women have also obtained a relatively high social position. In addition, the beginning of Han was not far away, and the social atmosphere was opened. The concept of dual-way husband-wife relationship between pre-Qin Confucianism was inherited and developed to provide the social environment that was born in the early Qin Dynasty. Under the influence of many reasons, the Confucianism in the early Han Dynasty inherited the concept of pre-Qin Confucianism as a whole, as Xu Xie said: “Before Dong Zhongshu, the first thinking in the early Han Dynasty was basically a format that inherited the pre-Qin Confucianism. ”[2]

 

The Confucian scholars of the pre-Qin Qin regarded the relationship between husband and wife as the main relationship between people. Confucius believed: “Home and wife are different, father and son are relatives, and the ruler and subjects are serious. The three are upright, so the common things will come from it. ”[3]569 Mencius proposed: “Men and women live in the room, and people are in harmony. ”[4] The relationship between husband and wife is the foundation of relationship between people, and has a major influence on maintaining family harmony and social stability, so he has been valued by all parties. Emperor Hanping regards the harmony and disregard of relationship between husband and wife as the foundation of friendship between father and son and harmony between people, so he says: “If a husband and wife are upright, then a father and son are upright, and a man is upright. ”[1]356 The relationship between husband and wife is the focus of family relationships, and the main nature is unknown.
